- Use plan, launch, monitor, and respond cycle for Strong Start that invests and mobilizes staff and students and leads to Arc outcomes
Facilitate Leadership Team Meetings:
- Use 1:1 meetings to monitor highest-leverage data (including progress toward performance goals and Arc priorities) and respond through reprioritization, coaching, and/or resource allocation
Drive Professional Development:
- Use schoolwide teacher- and student-level data to determine adjustments to professional development (PD) scope and sequence
Lead School Walkthroughs:
- Facilitate leadership team (LT) walkthroughs with a focus on norming expectations (either culture or rigor) that result in measurable improvements in alignment
- Facilitate LT walkthroughs with a focus on coaching that results in measurable skill development of LT members
Execute Leadership Team Coaching Cycles:
- Identify the highest-leverage activities to observe (either live or recorded) and coach based on Arc priorities, current data, and LT development focus
- Facilitate coaching conversations that result in LT member proficiency of prioritized Arc skills (leading PD, observation/feedback, internalization and planning)
