Build and Manage Systems:
- Develop a system to collect and analyze schoolwide data points (including student, teacher, multilingual learner (MLL), cohorts with IEPs, and parent perception data)
 - Develop strategic vision and priorities for next school year based on data
 - Ensure student data informs goals and priorities for upcoming school year
 
Facilitate Leadership Team Meetings:
- Review yearlong data with leadership team (LT) and establish vision/priorities for next school year that account for regional vision/priorities
 - Facilitate change management and intent to return conversations
