  • Ensure student data informs goals and priorities for upcoming school year

Facilitate Leadership Team Meetings:

  • Review yearlong data with leadership team (LT) and establish vision/priorities for next school year that account for regional vision/priorities
  • Facilitate change management and intent to return conversations
