- With principal, set up regular meetings/structures: classroom walkthroughs, minute by minute walkthroughs, attendance response, school culture data, and student of concern meetings (in coordination with mental health professional, special education lead, and multilingual learner lead)
- With operations staff, launch discipline and behavior response systems that are in legal compliance
Drive Professional Development:
- Lead professional development (PD) on school culture vision, values, systems, policies, and processes
Build Community:
- Lead kindergarten, 5th-/6th-/9th-grade, new student, and family orientations with operations and grade-level leads

- Plan goal setting process for beginning-of-year performance and development; codify process for staff
- Plan and launch systems for regular coaching cycles, teachers, and leadership team

- Ensure strong systems for intervention across the school
- Build and execute staff investment and culture plan
Facilitate Leadership Team Meetings:
- Facilitate PD rehearsals that result in leader mastery
Drive Professional Development:
- Communicate yearlong academic and culture vision, goals, and staff expectations, garner staff buy-in
Execute Leadership Team Coaching Cycles:
- Evaluate PD plans and provide high-quality feedback on session plans
- Evaluate lesson plan/unit/assessment internalization feedback and provide high-quality feedback on feedback
- Establish monitoring systems to ensure follow through on lesson plan feedback
- Provide coaching and support to each member of leadership team (bite-size action steps, real-time coaching, content expertise, etc.)
